Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing hands-on, cross-location IT support across the Weißenburg and Gunzenhausen sites of a successful regional hospital group. The specialist will be the first point of contact, handling the intake, documentation, and classification of support requests, and independently resolving issues as part of the First Level Support team. A key part of the job involves supporting the implementation and continuous development of the hospital's digital processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or a comparable qualification, or demonstrates strong IT affinity, coupled with initial experience in IT support and user assistance.
