Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Building Automation Engineer and Programmer responsible for developing, implementing, and commissioning advanced building management systems (BMS). Day-to-day tasks involve programming and parameterizing Building Management Systems (like Siemens Desigo CC or Loxone), developing sophisticated control and regulation strategies for HVAC, lighting, and security systems, and integrating these systems into the BMS interface. The successful candidate will also conduct on-site commissioning and testing, create technical documentation, and support troubleshooting alongside project managers, planners, and fitters. Key qualifications include a degree or professional training in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, strong foundational knowledge of building automation, and experience with common BMS systems and programming environments.
