Job Summary

This role involves independently planning, coordinating, and overseeing personnel accounting and administrative HR processes for the Federal Office for Spatial Development (ARE), supporting approximately 95 employees. Key responsibilities include managing the entire HR lifecycle within federal IT systems like SAP SF and HCM, handling operations related to service travel, time recording, social insurance, and annual accounts, and producing HR reports. You will also assist the HR Manager with recruitment, personnel development, and cost management tasks, and participate in departmental and federal project groups. The ideal candidate possesses higher commercial education, specialized HR training, and several years of professional experience, preferably within a government administration environment. Success requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, initiative, flexibility, and active knowledge of a second official language. Higher commercial education with specialized supplementary training in HR

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR domain
