This critical role involves leading internal and external projects focused on the compliant conditioning and disposal of radioactive residues generated in industry, medicine, and research. Key responsibilities include independent project conceptualization, comprehensive planning, execution, cost control, and detailed documentation. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining and ensuring the qualification criteria for incoming radioactive waste based on existing final repository requirements, and supporting the sales department with technical expertise regarding conditioning and acceptance testing. A successful candidate must possess a Master's degree in a natural science or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science) and several years of relevant professional experience, including project management.
