Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and executing the electrical commissioning of complex metallurgical and heat treatment plants on a global scale. Day-to-day tasks include managing construction sites, conducting comprehensive customer training sessions, and providing essential remote or on-site customer support during the warranty period. A unique aspect of this position is the requirement to support software development efforts for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and OIP systems, bridging the gap between hardware commissioning and control system functionality. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or be a state-certified technician, ideally possessing an electrician certification. Proficiency in Siemens S7/TIA Portal is mandatory. This position is highly dynamic, requiring exceptional self-initiative, strong teamwork, and a very high worldwide travel commitment (80%-90%), making it ideal for a technically adept and globally mobile professional.
