In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering First- and Second-Level support. Key responsibilities include managing IoT platforms for monitoring connected devices, assisting with the configuration and deployment of critical internet protocols (such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and MQTT), and meticulously creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification, possesses fundamental experience with IoT platforms and internet protocols, and demonstrates strong customer orientation and teamwork skills.
