In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering First- and Second-Level support. Key responsibilities include managing IoT platforms for monitoring connected devices, assisting with the configuration and deployment of critical internet protocols (such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and MQTT), and meticulously creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification, possesses fundamental experience with IoT platforms and internet protocols, and demonstrates strong customer orientation and teamwork skills. This position offers the chance to shape the digital future of the energy market within a dynamic team environment.
