Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled electrical expert passionate about working outdoors and ensuring the safety and functionality of railway signaling systems. The technician will be primarily responsible for quality assurance and functional testing of critical rail infrastructure components. Day-to-day tasks include testing adjustment parameters for signal circuits, railway points drives, and track circuits, as well as conducting functional checks on points lighting and main/ancillary signal lighting. A key part of the job involves parameter testing of level crossing systems, including induction loops, lamp currents, barrier drives, and axle counting circuits. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in an electrical engineering trade and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility. The employer offers full-time, permanent employment, attractive wages starting at €17.65/hour, shift work, and the opportunity for the employer-funded qualification as a Signal Worker.
