Job Summary
This role involves developing critical solutions for connecting new customer facilities, including large industrial clients, EV charging infrastructure, and renewable energy plants (wind/solar), to the power grid. The Engineer will be responsible for planning grid connections and metering systems for precise energy consumption and feed-in measurement. A significant part of the job includes independently handling complex energy industry topics such as Redispatch, feed-in tariffs, and gas crisis preparedness. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Law, along with preferred knowledge of grid operation, energy industry regulations, and project management. The position is full-time, permanent, and based in Bad Bentheim, offering a chance to join a reputable distribution network operator and actively participate in implementing new technical and legal requirements within the energy sector.

Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Law, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in grid operation and energy industry regulations (advantageous)
- Professional experience with systems having an energy industry background
