Job Summary

This role is based at a production site in Winnenden for an internationally expanding family company specializing in fruit processing. The Laboratory Technician will be central to maintaining product quality, primarily through the verification and release of product quality standards. Daily tasks include performing chemical-physical and microbiological analyses on both raw materials and product samples. The role acts as a critical quality interface, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments on quality-relevant issues. Key responsibilities also involve monitoring testing equipment, maintaining analytical devices, and coordinating the storage of product samples, alongside control analyses of wastewater and process water. Candidates should possess completed training as a Chemical or Laboratory Technical Assistant (CTA/LTA) or equivalent, ideally bringing initial professional experience in the food processing sector.
