Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive support for the Clinical Genetics and Genomic Medicine department at Uniklinikum Würzburg, focusing on both financial and personnel administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing the institute's budget, performing monthly forecasting and variance analysis, and handling the responsible billing of clinical and scientific revenues (EBM, GOÄ). On the HR side, the specialist will be involved in the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding to succession planning and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with institutional HR standards. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Economics, Health Economics, or a comparable field, possesses professional experience in finance and/or HR management, and has strong knowledge of cost accounting, controlling, and external funding administration.
