Job Summary

This role is for a Lead Electrician specializing in electrical assembly, taking charge of project execution from factory assembly to on-site installation. The Lead Electrician is responsible for ensuring assigned projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Key day-to-day tasks include leading and managing the assembly team (internal and external electricians and service providers), performing electrical installation and commissioning of machinery and systems, and meticulously documenting all required inspections according to current regulations. The role requires a completed professional qualification in electrical engineering (e.g., Electrician, Electrical Technician) and multi-year professional experience, ideally in special machine construction or industrial plant engineering. Furthermore, the candidate must possess strong technical understanding, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage project details, including material tracking via the ERP system and adjusting EPLAN documentation.
