Job Summary

As a Software Asset Manager / License Manager, you will be responsible for the entire software license management process within the IT department, utilizing the Enterprise Service Management system Matrix42. Your daily tasks will include coordinating software procurements with users and system administrators, actively managing and documenting software products within the SAM tool, and ensuring license compliance by reviewing balances and resolving discrepancies. A key part of your role will involve developing and optimizing relevant processes, shaping the software product portfolio with a focus on standardization, and staying abreast of market developments in licensing models. You will also provide expert advice on licensing questions and contribute your knowledge to various projects.
