Job Summary
Join a small, committed team within an international Swiss-based association dedicated to promoting the highest standards of quality and safety in the global leather bracelet supply chain. As the Technical and Quality Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of manufacturing processes. Your daily responsibilities will center on performing essential chemical testing, preparing necessary reagents, and meticulously managing samples and test results. You will also handle chemical products safely, draft detailed testing and analysis requests, and manage data and information systems. A key component of the role involves liaising with external laboratories and organizing international shipments via FedEx. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a scientific background who thrives on detail, critical thinking, and contributing proactively to responsible global supply chain management.
Required Skills
Education
Basic training in Chemistry or equivalent scientific background
Experience
- Basic training in chemistry or an equivalent scientific background
- Professional experience utilizing iOS applications and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise critical thinking
- Experience in managing data and information systems (IT skills are an asset)
