Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a global clinical research organization, focusing on defining, developing, and delivering clinical programs across Germany (remote or office-based in Karlsruhe/Munich). The Senior CRA is responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, ensuring trials adhere strictly to the approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting remote and on-site visits, applying risk-based monitoring, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to address site process failures, and ensuring data accuracy through source data review (SDR) and verification (SDV). The ideal candidate must possess a life sciences degree, at least two years of clinical monitoring experience, and fluency in both English and German (C1 level).
