Job Summary
The Fachhochschule für Finanzen des Landes Brandenburg is seeking a dedicated, full-time Lecturer specializing in Administrative and Self-Management to educate junior staff for the finance administrations of Brandenburg, Berlin, Saxony-Anhalt, and the Federal Central Tax Office. Experience
- Minimum four years of professional activity conducive to teaching eligibility
- Minimum two years of experience in conducting trainings/coachings in administrative and self-management topics, OR a successfully completed certification as a Trainer, Coach, Supervisor, or Mediator (or comparable qualification) spanning at least 12 months or 250 teaching units
- Experience in the conception, execution, and quality assurance of courses, seminars, workshops, or trainings
- Knowledge of the structures of the Tax Administration in Brandenburg
