Job Summary
This role is a critical IT Project Manager position focusing on the digitalization and optimization of administrative and research processes within the prestigious Klassik Stiftung Weimar, one of Germany's leading cultural institutions. The manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from developing technical specifications for procurement to system implementation and commissioning. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, creating technical and functional concepts in collaboration with departments and external service providers, and actively shaping the digital transformation of internal workflows. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, possesses proven experience in IT project management (preferably with certification), and has expertise in business process analysis (BPMN) and system integration. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until December 31, 2027, offering an opportunity to drive significant digital change in a unique cultural and public administration environment.

Experience
