Job Summary

The IDEAL Automotive Group, a global system supplier and development partner in the automotive industry, is seeking an IT Process Manager specializing in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for its Bamberg location. This role is central to managing and optimizing the electronic mapping of business processes across national and international stakeholders. Key responsibilities include monitoring existing EDI connections, performing detailed error tracking, and developing strategies for error prevention. The manager will also lead EDI-related (sub-)projects, manage the implementation of new EDI connections for both customers and suppliers, and act as the primary liaison for the external EDI service provider. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Business Informatics or Computer Science, initial experience with standardized EDI formats (like EDIFACT, iDOC), and fluency in both German and English.
