Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key AI Specialist for a medical services consulting and assessment provider in Thuringia, focusing on the full lifecycle of AI implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes to identify suitable AI use cases, followed by the development, implementation, and optimization of various AI models, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Vision AI. The specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust data pipelines, building prototypes, integrating models into existing software infrastructure, and leading internal AI projects. Key requirements include a completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics, coupled with several years of practical experience in AI/ML. Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is mandatory, alongside experience with databases and ETL processes.
