Job Summary

This role involves the full lifecycle development of innovative software and hardware solutions for electrical drive systems. The Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing microcontroller circuits and PCB layouts, ensuring they meet high product standards. Key activities include collaborating with sales and customers to realize customized solutions, managing projects from concept through prototyping to series production, and continuously analyzing and optimizing existing components. Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with practical experience in microcontroller programming (ideally using C and ATXMEGA), knowledge of fieldbus systems like CAN-Bus, and expertise in creating schematics and electronic layouts. This position requires a high degree of independence, structured work habits, and creative problem-solving skills.
