Job Summary

This position calls for a proactive Regional Operations Manager to be the primary operational contact for assigned Medical Care Centers (MVZs) across the Southern German region (including Munich, Ulm, Stuttgart, and Saarbrücken). Day-to-day responsibilities involve regularly analyzing operational and financial KPIs, conducting independent process analyses, and developing actionable recommendations in collaboration with site management and executive leadership. You will be responsible for independently implementing operational projects, ensuring the successful integration of new MVZs into the network, and harmonizing existing processes and structures across the locations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Health Management or Business Administration, coupled with several years of experience in project or process management, preferably within the healthcare sector. This role requires significant travel within Germany (30-50% of working time) and offers a secure, unlimited contract with attractive compensation and flexible working arrangements.
