Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electronics Technician specializing in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production for a niche development service provider in Augsburg. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on operation and monitoring of sophisticated SMT placement machines for circuit board assembly. You will be responsible for executing and overseeing critical reflow soldering processes, alongside performing rigorous quality assurance, which includes visual inspection and microscope control to identify and rectify soldering defects. Furthermore, regular cleaning and maintenance of the production machinery are required to ensure optimal performance. Successful candidates must bring a completed vocational qualification, demonstrated manual dexterity, and several years of relevant professional experience. This position offers a secure, long-term, full-time contract (35 hours/week) with regulated day shift hours, competitive compensation starting at €17.00/hour, and excellent opportunities for permanent employment with the client.
