This role seeks a qualified Chemist to step into the Deputy Marketing Manager position within a growing chemical-pharmaceutical company focused on producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing global marketing strategies for both services and products (APIs, fine chemicals) in the pharmaceutical sector. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses, managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and supporting existing ones. A key component of the job involves contributing to the online marketing strategy, including SEO and social media campaigns, and further developing the CRM database (MS Navision). This position requires a strong blend of chemical knowledge, high IT and online affinity, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, offering a chance to make a real difference in global human health.
