Job Summary
This role involves managing and executing projects and providing technical service for intelligent, sensor-controlled lighting solutions, primarily for industrial clients. The Project and Service Technician will coordinate external electricians, manage their deployment, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of installation projects, including reviewing proposals and negotiating framework agreements. On the service side, responsibilities include handling customer complaints, performing light fixture repairs, assessing warranty claims, and coordinating technical details with the English parent company. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering or electronics, strong organizational skills, technical expertise in electro/lighting technology, and experience in assembly/installation.
