This role involves taking responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modular, scalable analytics data models using dbt within the Snowflake Data Warehouse, focusing heavily on business relevance and reusability. The Analytics Engineer will be crucial in building and improving automated tests, validations, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure high data quality and consistency. Day-to-day work includes collaborating closely with AI, BI, and other departments to translate business needs into clean analytics solutions, actively enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, extensive professional experience in Analytics/Data Engineering, and fluency in both German and English.
