Job Summary
This role involves providing essential administrative support in personnel controlling for the Baden-Württemberg Police University, a key institution responsible for training and continuing education for police officers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance, entry, and analysis of personnel data for statistical and planning purposes. Day-to-day tasks include updating personnel metrics, preparing data for statistics, and assisting in personnel management, particularly in staffing and statistical reporting, utilizing the general personnel administration system. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in administration, finance, or office management who enjoy working with numbers, possess strong organizational skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The role is full-time and temporary, offering a responsible and varied position within a supportive public sector environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist, Financial Accountant, Tax Specialist, Bank Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or equivalent qualification
