Job Summary

The Baden Agricultural Main Association (BLHV) is seeking a communicative, structured, and assertive IT Coordinator to stabilize and modernize its continuously growing IT landscape. This full-time, permanent role acts as the crucial interface between internal staff and external IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing and coordinating IT requests, managing two external IT vendors, tracking service quality via tickets, and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation. The ideal candidate will possess an IT-related education or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and M365, and a solid understanding of hybrid IT environments, networking, and Azure.
