Job Summary

This role involves leading and organizing the electrical workshop for a client in Niedernberg, focusing on managing workflows and ensuring high quality and safety standards. The Group Leader will provide technical guidance and support to the team on electro-technical projects, participate in the planning and implementation of new initiatives, and act as the central interface between the design/assembly and service departments. The ideal candidate holds a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, preferably with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and brings professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in a leadership capacity. Knowledge of PLC technology and control systems is desired.
