The Team Leader is responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team, ensuring the timely coordination and execution of measurement orders for both proprietary and purchased parts. Key day-to-day activities include performing measurement tasks using modern 3D measuring machines, managing testing equipment, and coordinating test planning with development and construction teams. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (Technician or Master Craftsman level), significant professional experience in measurement technology and quality assurance, and proven leadership skills focused on team development.
