Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) in a leading European laboratory group, focusing specifically on the water analysis division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing process optimizations necessary for accreditation under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. Key daily tasks include acting as the central contact person for all QM system matters, managing documentation using software like CWA, maintaining QM tools within the laboratory database system, and coordinating proficiency testing. The position requires planning and conducting various audits (internal, customer, and certification), overseeing equipment maintenance and calibration, and managing complaint resolution and corrective actions. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) offering flexible hours and partial home office, ideal for a scientifically educated professional with experience or strong interest in ISO/IEC 17025 implementation.
