Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring high-quality standards through rigorous materials inspection within a leading family-owned industrial company. The Materials Tester will be responsible for planning and executing various destructive and non-destructive tests, such as tensile, hardness, and penetrant testing (PT). A core component of the job involves conducting detailed failure analyses, including thorough root cause investigation and documentation. You will evaluate, interpret, and assess test and measurement results, preparing structured reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires close collaboration with Production, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to continuously enhance processes. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Materials Tester, ideally specializing in Metal Technology, coupled with profound knowledge of relevant testing procedures, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in handling testing equipment and documentation tools.
