Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves heading a team of approximately 20 employees within Assay Development for On Market Products at Roche. The Team Lead will be instrumental in shaping the future of diagnostic solutions by merging strategic vision with operational excellence, specifically within the Core Lab Development (CLD) organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, driving organizational change through agile methodologies (SAFe), and ensuring robust biosafety and SHE compliance within laboratory environments. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's or PhD in Biosciences or a related field, coupled with significant leadership experience and 5-7 years of professional background in developing In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or similar diagnostic solutions. This position requires strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills, operating effectively within a matrix organization and acting as a role model for agile leadership and cultural change.
