Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Engineer passionate about transferring their knowledge to the next generation of technical professionals. As an Instructor at the Augsburg Technical School, you will be responsible for teaching subjects like Control Technology (using TIA Portal), Electrical Engineering, and Automation Technology. The focus is on making complex technical content practical, engaging, and relevant to real-world industrial applications, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-life scenarios. You will design structured, application-oriented lessons based on the state curriculum, assess student performance transparently, and actively contribute to the school's curriculum development, particularly in modern automation and mechatronics topics. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field and possesses at least five years of industrial experience in automation technology, along with excellent pedagogical skills and a collaborative approach to team work.
