Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Facilities Technician (80%-100%) to manage and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Lindau Tourism and Congress facilities, primarily focusing on the Inselhalle Lindau, but also supporting the Lindau Lighthouse and Park-Camping. The core responsibilities include performing general maintenance, executing minor repairs, controlling and optimizing diverse building technical systems, and supporting necessary electrical inspections. A crucial part of the job involves coordinating and guiding external contractors and assisting with the technical preparation and execution of various event formats. Candidates must possess completed vocational training, preferably in Electrical Engineering, IT/Telecommunications, or Building Technology. Success requires a highly service-oriented, structured approach, and flexibility to work occasional weekends or outside standard hours.
