Job Summary
This role involves joining the development team for compact servo drives used in automation and robotics. The primary focus is the maintenance and further development of the embedded firmware platform. Day-to-day tasks include designing, implementing, and enhancing embedded firmware for microcontroller-based servo controllers using C, C++, and UML. The engineer will also be responsible for coordinating cooperation partners, both internal and external to the FAULHABER Drives Group, and occasionally visiting international development sites in Europe. A Master's degree in Electronics or Technical Informatics is preferred, along with significant experience in developing long-life industrial embedded products. This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge drive systems crucial for high-precision applications in aerospace, robotics, and medical technology.
