Job Summary

This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional to serve as an Integration Architect and Tech Lead, driving the technical introduction of a new commission and intermediary system for a major insurer. The primary focus is ensuring the seamless technical integration of a purchased solution into the existing IT landscape, managing crucial elements like data flows, interfaces, and operational readiness ahead of the critical Go-Live in 2026. Day-to-day responsibilities are highly versatile, spanning strategic architecture development (Ist- and Zielarchitekturen), hands-on technical steering of an agile team, and active involvement in development to set technical guidelines and ensure quality. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, particularly in IT architecture and software development, with the ability to manage technical risks, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor colleagues within the GAIA Agile Release Train, contributing directly to future-proof sales solutions.
