Job Summary

This role as Strategic Procurement Process Manager at ZEISS Medical Technology involves driving global efficiency and compliance within Strategic Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and harmonizing global procurement policies, processes, and tools, acting as the Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay (P2P) process. Daily tasks include overseeing the procurement digitalization roadmap, leading complex integration (PMI) activities, and monitoring performance to ensure a data-driven culture. You will work closely with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process. This position requires a procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in international matrix environments, strong analytical skills, and expertise in source-to-contract and P2P process implementation, along with fluency in English.
