Job Summary

The City Savings Bank of Munich is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to join their Real Estate and Facility Management department. This full-time, permanent position involves the critical oversight and management of caretaker services and building cleaning to ensure the smooth, safe, and legally compliant operation of the bank's properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular inspections of buildings and technical systems, commissioning and supervising external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, caretakers), and developing and documenting maintenance and cleaning schedules. The role also requires managing budgets, optimizing operating costs, and coordinating unit handovers during tenant changes. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in a trade related to Facility Management or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience, particularly in caretaker services and cleaning coordination. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and fluent German language skills are essential for success in this role.

Completed vocational training in a trade within Facility Management or comparable qualification. Proven recognition or equivalence certificate for foreign educational qualifications.
