Job Summary

This role involves executing central Quality Management (QM) tasks within the defense industry, focusing on sensor solutions and electronic systems for security applications in Taufkirchen. The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing project-related processes, ensuring strict adherence to contractual requirements, and reliably achieving project goals related to performance, time, and cost. Key daily activities include actively planning and executing quality measures across the entire product life cycle, creating and reviewing critical QM documentation such as QM plans, Process Assurance plans, and test procedures. Furthermore, the role requires supporting product validation, verification, and certification activities, including handling software-related quality assurance and evaluating crucial project milestones. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or general Engineering, coupled with professional experience in both Quality Management and Project Management, ideally complemented by knowledge of aircraft certification processes.
