Job Summary

The BFI Group, an established IT service provider operating since 1998 in Germany, is seeking an IT Service Technician for their Stuttgart location. This role involves the hands-on installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software directly at client sites. Key responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, handling IT hardware relocations, and conducting maintenance, repair, and replacement of IT equipment. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining checklists and asset data, including inventory and asset management within client tools. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training, good knowledge of hardware, software, and common operating systems, and experience with ticketing systems. Strong German language skills and a Class B driver's license are essential for this client-facing role.
