Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves heading the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Pharma sub-team at dsm-firmenich, focusing on driving global regulatory strategies within the rapidly evolving health, nutrition, and care market. The Senior Manager will be based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, and will collaborate extensively with R&D, Project & Product management, and commercial teams to ensure compliance and customer-centricity. Key responsibilities include managing global product approvals, timely submissions for APIs, food, and pharma products (including DMFs and CEPs), and securing registrations for innovative products. The ideal candidate brings a University degree in chemistry or life sciences, coupled with 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Quality/Production within the pharma industry, specifically vitamins/APIs. Crucially, the role requires 2+ years of experience leading multi-geography regulatory teams.
