Job Summary

This role involves operating and optimizing highly critical applications and services for the Public Employment Service (AMS) within the Operations Management team. The System Informatics Specialist will be responsible for the operation and Second Level Support of the eFile system, handling Incident and Problem Management through detailed code and log file analysis. Key duties include managing system provisioning, monitoring, and executing deployments via Change Management. The ideal candidate requires a technical degree (HTL, FH, or University) and at least four years of relevant professional experience in Service Management, coupled with strong IT overview knowledge (infrastructure, standard software, development) and proficiency in process and project management, specifically ITIL. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract based in Vienna with the attractive flexibility of 60% remote work.
