Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged Landscape Ecologist or Environmental Planner (Bachelor/Master) to join a dynamic team in Breckerfeld (near Hagen/Westphalia). The professional will be responsible for preparing specialized expert reports, including species protection reports, Habitats Directive compatibility assessments, landscape management plans, and environmental impact assessments. Key tasks also involve creating concepts for species protection and compensation measures, providing ecological construction supervision, and assisting with environmental permitting management. Candidates must possess a degree in Landscape Planning, Ecology, or related fields, knowledge of national and European environmental law, and expertise in ecological planning instruments. Experience
- Professional experience in Landscape Planning, Landscape Ecology, Biology, or Environmental Sciences (B.Sc./M.Sc./Dipl.)
- Desirable: Initial experience in a planning office or authority with an ecological focus
