Job Summary

This role offers a motivated talent the chance to shape the future of mobility by driving the strategic development and transformation of Sales activities within the Service Division of Stadler. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient sales processes, both internally and with relevant stakeholders. A core component of the job involves Change Management, where you will plan and execute measures to engage and empower employees for new ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and best-practice sharing. You will steer and prioritize transformation initiatives, promote innovation in new sales models and tools, and ensure holistic implementation through close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Management. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire teams through conceptualizing and delivering effective training formats. Success in this role demands a blend of analytical thinking and a hands-on approach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration, Management, Organization, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management, ideally within a transformation or sales environment.
  • Experience in tender management within regulated industries, preferably the railway vehicle industry (advantageous).
  • Know-how in Change Management, Lean / Continuous Improvement, or Sales Excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
