Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional ready to handle both first- and second-level support for internal users, both remotely and on-site. A core focus of the position involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, client systems, virtualization, and storage environments. Crucially, the specialist will manage and further develop the entire Microsoft Cloud environment, encompassing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Services, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune. Responsibilities also include monitoring, patch management, and contributing to IT security measures and system optimization projects. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, multi-year experience in IT support or system administration, and practical experience with ticketing systems and structured service management.
