Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately 10 qualified electricians within the facility management and industrial services sector in Sindelfingen. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team, ensuring the operation and value preservation of complex technical systems, and delivering contractually agreed-upon electrical engineering services. A key part of the job is acting as the primary customer contact for all technical questions within your area of responsibility and coordinating subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, coupled with advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and possess 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
