Job Summary

This crucial role as a Change Manager focuses on the implementation, coordination, and documentation of modifications within the onboard electrical systems (Bordnetz) for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous analysis and documentation of product changes, steering these modifications through the entire process, and ensuring successful tracking right up to the series production launch. You will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across development, quality assurance, and production departments, and actively supporting prototype development and modularization efforts. To succeed, candidates must hold a technical qualification or degree in a relevant engineering field (such as Electrical or Automotive Engineering) coupled with professional experience in E/E development, ideally specializing in wiring harness systems. Familiarity with the specific environment of Mercedes-Benz development projects is highly valued.
