Job Summary

The Deutsche Bahn is seeking a proactive Senior Construction Logistics Manager to join DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Duisburg. This critical role involves the independent organization, leadership, planning, and execution of complex construction logistics projects, ensuring alignment with economic and technical goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all site logistics, managing communication among project stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive project status reports, including detailed logistics evaluations and KPIs. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating holistic construction schedules, process plans, logistics concepts, and manuals based on continuous variance analysis. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in engineering or logistics, several years of experience in infrastructure project realization, and advanced knowledge of construction logistics and relevant construction law (HOAI, VOB). This position offers the opportunity to manage large-scale infrastructure projects while requiring flexibility for irregular shift work on site.
