Job Summary

The Senior Specialist will independently manage, lead, plan, and execute complex construction logistics projects across planning phases (HOAI Service Phases 1-7), ensuring economic and technical objectives are met. This role involves acting as the central point of contact for construction logistics processes, coordinating and optimizing logistics and construction sequences across various trades. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive construction sequence plans, logistics concepts, and logistics manuals during the planning phase, and developing recommendations for material flow based on current planning statuses. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, possesses advanced knowledge in construction logistics and project management, and brings several years of professional experience in realizing infrastructure projects. This position requires strong communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation, and expertise in German contract and construction law (HOAI, AHO, VOB), contributing actively to the development of critical infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

University or Technical College degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable engineering or logistics discipline. Alternatively, a comparable qualification with railway experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the project realization of infrastructure projects (planning, project management, construction supervision, or construction management)
