Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional looking to deepen their expertise in IT License Management within a large corporate group. The Junior IT License Manager will be responsible for maintaining an overview of the entire license portfolio across the DATAGROUP Group, ensuring all IT systems are legally compliant and economically optimized. Key responsibilities include managing license systems and tools, maintaining the central contract and license database, generating reports, and acting as the primary contact for license-related inquiries. The successful candidate will support the development of license strategies that balance availability, compliance, and cost, and will participate in contract negotiations and license renewals. Candidates must bring initial experience in IT License Management, familiarity with major vendor models (Microsoft, VMware, SUSE/Red Hat, Citrix), and strong negotiation and analytical skills, supported by professional proficiency in both German and English.
