Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical and Control Systems Engineer focused on ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability within industrial and nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting qualification reports, expert opinions, and feasibility analyses concerning electrical, digital control, and information technology systems. Key activities include qualifying products and components against national and international standards, specializing in areas like Functional Safety (IEC 61508), Explosion Protection, IT/Cybersecurity, and CE Conformity. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, strong analytical skills to assess risks and derive mitigation strategies, and fluent German and very good English skills. You will contribute to the development of the technical service portfolio, support customer acquisition, and work in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams, ensuring technological safety and progress for clients worldwide.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in at least one of the described technical fields (Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, IT)
  • Knowledge of national and international standards, especially in Functional Safety, CE Conformity, Explosion Protection, or IT Security
  • Experience in supporting customer acquisition and project execution
